- Incorrect (wrong item delivered)
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or weather-related issues.

We offer next-day delivery between the hours of 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
If you require delivery at a specific time, please contact us in advance via phone or email to confirm availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but exact time delivery is not guaranteed without prior confirmation.
