10. Returns & Refund Policy

  • We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery, only if the item was:
  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect (wrong item delivered)
To request a return, you must contact us with photo proof within 24 hours of receiving the product. Fresh flowers are perishable and non-returnable unless these conditions are met.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or weather-related issues.

11. Delivery Policy

We offer next-day delivery between the hours of 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
If you require delivery at a specific time, please contact us in advance via phone or email to confirm availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but exact time delivery is not guaranteed without prior confirmation.

Please ensure that the recipient is available during the delivery window, and that the delivery address is correct and accessible.

12. Flower Delivery Disclaimer & Service Commitment

Please note that not all floral arrangements can be 100% identical to the photos on our website. While we strive to match each composition as closely as possible, some flowers may be out of season or temporarily unavailable. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute with similar flowers of equal or greater value and color tone, maintaining the overall look and style of the original design.
We manage every step of the process in-house—from flower selection and design to final delivery. This allows us to maintain full control over freshness, presentation, and punctuality. Our experienced florists and dedicated couriers take every detail into account. Whether it’s making last-minute adjustments or ensuring a smooth handoff to the recipient, we are committed to delivering excellent service

In the rare event that a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of their arrangement, we offer a 24-hour replacement policy to ensure every bouquet meets expectations.

13. Legal & Health Disclaimer

We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by flowers or plants. Customers are advised to ensure that recipients do not have known allergies to floral materials.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Deliveries refused by recipients or building staff
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or events beyond our control
  • Satisfaction of recipients after successful delivery
  • Deliveries left at front doors, receptions, or mailrooms when no one is availabl

This Service operates “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the products or services provided.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal claims must be filed in Los Angeles County, CA, USA.
